The opportunity for 31 Broadbeach to deliver a new benchmark in luxury apartments on the Gold Coast was first identified by development partners Trenert.

Trenert managing director Peter Priest said his team had recognised the potential of the site and used their expertise to secure an additional six levels to the previous approval.

“Our partnership with Optimus, as well as our team’s existing relationships with Woods Bagot, Carr Design and McNab have ensured a level of design, construction and finish not previously seen on the Gold Coast,” Priest said.
